Adam Rosencrans- Rosey Productions


A few weeks back, I had the pleasure of meeting up with Adam Rosencrans, Owner of Rosey Productions. When I started up Kasey K. Photo, he was one of the first people-business owners- who reached out to me by simply sending a quick message on facebook & we have been in contact since through email & through my PR/Marketing intern Laura in regards to working on some fun marketing projects together. We hope to cross market for eachother & someday work along side eachother for some Weddings too! We both thought it would be a great time to get together for a shoot for some new business headshots for Adam's Videography & DJ company. I had a great time photographing Adam--he is an all around great guy & I would recommend him for any & all of your Videography needs. Kasey K. asked:

What does your business provide & what really makes your business stand out?

Adam:

Rosey Productions began as a wedding videography business and has recently began expanding into other video and entertainment areas. While wedding videography is the specialty, Rosey Productions also offers other video services such as videography of sporting events and parties, DVD creation of existing video, individual sports recruiting videos and team highlight films, and slideshow creation. Rosey Productions also has begun offering a DJ service and live music performances in addition to the video services to add some more excitement to special events. We are open to new ideas and always trying to find ways to fit the clients needs in order to give them a special day and a fantastic memory of it.













Kasey K. asked:

Do you have any funny or interesting stories that have happened on the job?

Adam:

In the past, I have always filmed using two cameras at weddings as the only individual running both of them. This past September I showed up on the day of the wedding with everything in tow, prepared that the wedding would be outdoors only to find out that between the two cameras, I only had one battery! Of course this was a problem because the ceremony was outside without electrical outlets around to plug in the charger. The bride and groom had enough on their mind that I had to race around minutes before the ceremony figuring out what to do. As luck would have it, I had several extension cords in my car and found an outlet just close enough to reach the cameras. I wound up pulling off the entire wedding and reception, recording with both cameras as planned, on one battery and the footage turned out to be some of the most beautiful I have taken!
